Yesterday, Google updated it’s logo, to a more “modern look and feel”. Using a sans-serif typeface of their own creation, Google has yet again been the flagship into this years logo redesign season. But the question we all have right now is: what’s the name of the new font and where can we get it?

To get the simple things out of the way, here is the new logo.

Being a total branding effort, Google actually created a new typeface called Product Sans. It looks a bit like Android’s Roboto font if you ask me. And the bad news is that, at least for now, the font is not available for purchase or free download.
