This week it may feel like the world is at a standstill. Most countries in Europe are enforcing lockdowns and in Romania things aren’t looking better. Small and big businesses alike are switching to working remote and almost all the stores and offices are closed. This means that more companies are communicating about COVID-19 via their online platforms (websites, social media pages or ad campaigns) and since budgets are being cut down to prepare for the worst, marketing teams have to be smart and find free resources to keep everything going.
Taking care of my clients keeps me pretty busy, but I thought to help you all out by providing a list of COVID-19 free resources for online marketing campaigns. The platforms in the list have free to use coronavirus-related stock images, graphics, icons and templates that can become featured images, banners or promotional materials for companies that need them. Canva is a graphic design platform that allows users to create social media graphics, presentations and other visual content. It’s easy to use and has good mobile features for those who are always on the go. On Freepick you can find all sorts of free and premium digital resources: from images and icons, to vectors and .psd files. I was amazed by the quality of the free photoshop documents on COVID-19 they already have, with numbers growing from day to day. Unsplash
Unsplash is my favorite source of free images, the one that I personally use to illustrate my posts. It’s considered good practice to give credit to the creators, and considering the quality of the images, you will understand why. Here are a couple of my favorites on the COVID-19 topic:
